Terms

We have a minimum order policy of £350.

The standard delivery charge to any UK mainland address is £25 excl VAT for any order under £350 in value. Delivery is free for orders over 350.

Delivery will be on a Monday to Friday basis and we will require a signature on delivery.

Delivery is to the nearest kerbside but depending on the product, the driver will always try to place the delivery as close to the final destination as they reasonably can.

We aim to process orders as quickly. Delivery time will depend on geographic location and we will advise on delivery timing with order confirmation. You will be advised of any delivery delay or if the items are not available.

Note, a signature will be required on delivery.

Returns Policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 7-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances

Before returning an item to Miles Industries Limited please read this returns policy.

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where the following conditions are adhered to:

You have the right to amend your order at any time up to the end of 3 working days after you receive the goods. To exercise this right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Miles Industries Limited by email or by fax giving details of the goods ordered and date received. Please note that notification by phone is not acceptable.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Miles Industries Limited at your own cost.

Returns are accepted provided that the returned product is unused, in its original [unopened] packaging, with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

Goods that do not comply with this may not be returned. The Buyer agrees to pay a returns restocking charge equivalent to 10% of the order.

Refunds - We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges, excluding the costs of returning the product to us and less the restocking charge.

Our Returns process involves customers receiving an Authorisation code from Miles Industries Limited before sending the item back. Without this code you will not be able to return any item. If you do so, the return will not be dealt with. So please contact Miles Industries Limited first.

If the return is agreed by us then you will need to put this code clearly marked on the outside of the parcel and on a note inside the parcel to help us deal with returns effectively and efficiently.

You are advised to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during delivery back to Miles Industries Limited. Any damages and/or breakages caused in transit, while the product is being returned to us, may invalidate the return policy.

Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a) We will not refund or exchange the product;

(b) We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.

Credit for returns

This will be re-paid to your credit card account within 7 days of Miles Partitioning Industries Limited receiving the goods providing they met the criteria set out above.

Sale or Return

We do not supply goods on Sale or Return under any circumstance.

Please note: You do not have the right to cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Act if you are not a consumer i.e. a company, partnership, sole trader or any other commercial body or registered charity.

SagePay Payment System Security

The SagePay payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Our internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate SagePay to obtain secure information.

Transaction Security

The transfer of the less sensitive transaction details from the retailer’s site to SagePay is encrypted and digitally-signed. This ensures that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.

Security for the Shopper

Any communication between the customer and SagePay is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the customers’ browser. The customer is also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuer.

Data Storage

All data stored on SagePay systems is held on encrypted and highly secured databases. SagePay are regularly audited by Visa and MasterCard to ensure that their systems conform to the latest security standards.
